Located in the heart of Logan City (the third largest city in Queensland) is the newest private Day Surgery facility - the only one in Logan City,
offering Primary/Level 1 Surgery and Anaesthetic services (through SEBAS) in general surgery.
This fully accredited and licenses facility (ISO9001:2000) encompasses a primary operating theatre, minor procedures theare, 3 bed and 4 chair recovery
unit as well as 3 consulting suites, interview/admission and waiting rooms. Commonwealth provider number is in place for private health rebate and Veteran's
Affairs admissions.
Not only can we offer a patient focussed, professional and caring environment, but superior doctor and staff facilities are a feature here with change rooms, shower,
staff room and staff lounge with TV/VCR/DVD/Internet access.
Director, Dr Peter Elliott MBBS DipPracDerm MSc (Clinical Derm), is a passionate art collector, with Hemeret lithographs featuring throughout and a funky quirky
collection of d'art objects, including Scarlett, a perpetual patient and the "bottom" at the bottom of the hallway.
State of the art equipment includes fully computerised systems, the latest day surgery software for statutory reporting and of course, leading edge medical
equipment. Even our beds have been specially designed to maximise patient comfort, ensure staff safety and promote rapid turnaround.
Constructed over a six month period, our primary focus was the development of a quality faciltiy for the residents of Logan City. We primarily used Logan trades
and services, Logan suppliers and materials and we advertise locally for our staffing needs. We offer a benchmark in HRM practices including ongoing professional
development and education programs to provide patients with the highest standard in professional healthcare.
Finally Logan residents have a local choice for quality Day Surgery. We're close to home, close to transport and we have abundant onsite parking.
